This exquisite sweet wine is the result of a special care of our vineyard “El Pincho”, which is more than 40 years old whose manual harvest is done by selecting only the best bunches. After a long maceration at a low temperatures, we partially ferment the wort, then adding a portion of top quality alcohol, stopping in this way the fermentation and obtaining the desired final product.

Tasting notes:
Straw yellow colour with greenish tones, bright and clean. Intense muscatel aroma with tropical nuances of mango and pineapple. On the palate it is silky, with an acidity that provides balance, with fruity sensations that persist generously.

Pairing:
Ideal as aperitif, dessert wine and perfect to accompany with strong cheese.

10 – 12ºC
