Sarasate Roble



It is made with an tempranillo grape from our own vineyard, with a rigorous control of maceration and fermentation temperature. It stays six months in American oak barrels, looking for complexity in nose and softness in mouth.

Tasting note:
Bright and clean cherry red color. On the nose it is intense and complex with hints of liquorice and vanilla. The palate is wide with good structure and a balanced acidity that invites you to continue drinking.

Temperature of service:
Between 14ºC and 16ºC

Recommended for all types of meats, grilled or stews and cured cheeses.
