Semisweet Muscatel

Semisweet white wine from the variety Moscatel de Grano Menudo, belongs to a new generation of muscatel grape wines that has adapted to the needs of the current market. After a long maceration, it is allowed to ferment at a controlled temperature, until reaching the desired density point, is then when we stop the fermentation leaving some residual sugars that provide that point of sweetness.

Tasting note:
It offers us new sensory sensations. The aroma has a strong personality. Fruity on the palate, silky and clean, with a slightly sweet taste, reminiscent of tropical fruits, such as mango and peach. Well structured, leaving a pleasant and persistent palate.

Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif, foies, cheeses and snacks.
