Red wine aging that is obtained through maceration and fermentation with strict temperature control. It stays 9 months in French and American oak barrels. Later 6 months bottled to achieve the softness and balance that characterize this wine.
Bright ruby red wine. On the nose there is an aroma of red fruits candied and finely spiced. Good structure on palate, long, persistent and easy to drink.
9 Months in Barrel, 70% French Oak and 30% American Oak.
Recommended for all types of meat, grilled or stews and cured cheeses.
